Q7: How do you track components and handle after-sales traceability?
A: Every single component we produce has its own "ID card" in the form of a unique barcode. This barcode clearly records the material, dimensions, hole diameters/positions, the specific operator, and the QC inspector. After a project is completed, all production cards are securely archived for at least three years. In the highly unlikely event of client feedback or a defect, we can instantly initiate our traceability process to identify the root cause, hold the specific personnel accountable, and continuously improve our quality control awareness.
