•Materials: We procure and roll steel strictly according to EN 10025, including S235JR/J0/J2 and S355JR/J0/J2 for angle steel and plates, as well as S355JRH/J0H/J2H/K2H for steel pipes.

A: Before any mass production begins, every tower model undergoes two trial assemblies. First, we perform a virtual 3D assembly using advanced software. Second, we conduct a physical prototype assembly. This dual-check system ensures 100% structural accuracy and guarantees smooth installation at your European construction site.

5.Q5: What is your Quality Control (QC) process for raw materials?
A: We have our own in-house physical and chemical laboratory, which is also available for your Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). Our material intake process is extremely strict:
1.Visual Inspection: Raw materials must pass a visual check before they are even allowed to be unloaded from the truck.
2.Lab Testing: Once in our warehouse, we take samples according to standard requirements and conduct rigorous physical and chemical tests in our lab.
3.ERP Traceability: All test results are immediately uploaded to our ERP system, ensuring transparent traceability for our clients.

6.Q6: How do you manage technical ambiguities or design questions?
A: We strictly adhere to the "No permission, no action" principle. Before manufacturing begins, any technical questions, ambiguities, or potential design issues are clarified with the client through official Technical Query forms. We never make assumptions. Production only starts when we have your explicit approval.

7.Q7: How do you track components and handle after-sales traceability?
A: Every single component we produce has its own "ID card" in the form of a unique barcode. This barcode clearly records the material, dimensions, hole diameters/positions, the specific operator, and the QC inspector. After a project is completed, all production cards are securely archived for at least three years. In the highly unlikely event of client feedback or a defect, we can instantly initiate our traceability process to identify the root cause, hold the specific personnel accountable, and continuously improve our quality control awareness.
