Q5: What is your Quality Control (QC) process for raw materials?

A: We have our own in-house physical and chemical laboratory, which is also available for your Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). Our material intake process is extremely strict: 1.Visual Inspection: Raw materials must pass a visual check before they are even allowed to be unloaded from the truck. 2.Lab Testing: Once in our warehouse, we take samples according to standard requirements and conduct rigorous physical and chemical tests in our lab. 3.ERP Traceability: All test results are immediately uploaded to our ERP system, ensuring transparent traceability for our clients.
